In a small sauce pan whisk together Organic Cranberry Sauce, 1 teaspoon orange zest, dried cranberries and orange liquor over medium high heat until it is smooth and begins to boil.
Remove from heat and let cool. Spread evenly over the oat mixture that has been pressed into the bottom of the baking pan. Crumble remaining oat mixture of the top of the cranberries.

Bake for minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.

My mom has to be gluten free, which can be a challenge with the usual Thanksgiving desserts. This one looks great! I judged too quickly—I know I could take down a pan of this cranberry orange mar magic! I love cranberry sauce too. And like you we usually have it on the table whenever turkey is made, maybe twice a year.
What is turkey dinner without the cranberry sauce?! Now she knows better! I love this time of year! And I love that these are GF so I can share with friends!
